Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Roseann. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question! It's my pleasure to help you plan your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.
There are a few ways to find out how many days you may have left on the
Theme Park Tickets you previously purchased. One is to
email the Ticketing Team at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. When you email this address, be sure to include a photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket, your full name, where and when the tickets were purchased, the purchaser's name and form of payment, and a phone number where you can be reached during the day. Another option is to call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you!
At this time, Guests need Theme Park Reservations in addition to valid admission for entry into the theme parks. Once you have your tickets sorted out, make sure they're linked to your
My Disney Experience account. With your tickets linked to your account, you can go ahead and make your
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. Before you know it, you'll be experiencing pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks!
It's important to note that the
Park Hopper Option has changed since your last visit. Guests with the Park Hopper Option need to first enter the theme park they have a reservation for. Then, beginning at 2:00 PM, Guests may begin to "hop" to other theme parks!
When the Park Hopper Option returned to the Walt Disney World Resort this year, the Disney Parks Blog published an infographic that explains how the new process works. I hope it's helpful for you as you prepare for your visit!
Thanks for stopping by, Roseann. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
