I have purchased park hopper passes but I cannot reserve the dates

Hi there, Wendy! You're as welcome as can be, here at planDisney! We're so happy to help with all of your planning questions as you get ready for your next Disneyland Resort adventure.

I'm so glad to hear that you were able to successfully purchase your Park Hopper ticket and that you know about the required theme park reservation for each Guest in your party and each day of your visit. I'm sorry you've had some trouble with securing park reservations, but I'll be happy to help you navigate this process a bit more.

First, it's very possible that you have already confirmed your theme park reservations during the ticket purchase process. This is because the Disneyland Resort ticketing system enables Guests to select their dates and their starting theme park for each day of their visit at the time they purchase their tickets. So, in just a few easy steps, most Guests actually purchase their tickets and secure their theme park reservations at the same time! If this sounds like what you already completed, I'll be happy to show you where you can verify this. Just log in to your Disney account on the "My Plans" page or in the official Disneyland mobile app. From here, you should be able to see any currently held park reservations associated with the tickets that have been linked to your account. If you still need to do this, please visit the "Link Tickets" page and follow the prompts there.

If you have successfully linked your tickets and you still don't see your park reservations listed for the dates of your visit, then you may need to use the Tickets and Reservation Details page. You'll want to select the option for Guests who already hold a valid admission ticket or pass and then follow the steps to secure your theme park reservations.

One thing to note is that park reservations are subject to capacity, and on very popular dates you may notice limited availability. You can consult the Park Reservation Availability Calendar to view availability on or around the dates of your visit. If your date is currently booked up, I would still recommend coming back to check the calendar, as availability can change frequently.

Wendy, I hope this is a helpful start. If I can clarify anything or answer any further questions, I do hope you'll feel welcome to reach out to planDisney again.

    Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
    Tishra
