Hey Patrick! Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney. Wow! What a fabulous way for your wife to spend her 50th birthday. A birthday at Disneyland Resort sounds magical!
I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with securing your reservation. This may be a little tricky since I don't have access to your tickets, but I hope I can try to help you figure out the issue. If you purchased your tickets online recently, you most likely made the reservations during the process of purchasing the tickets. You can check this by logging onto your
Disney account. Next, hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". From there you select "View My Park Reservations" and if you have current reservations booked, they would show up there.
If nothing populates then you can go through the process of making reservations from this page as well. You would click "Book Theme Park Reservation". That will take you to the next page where you will select the tickets that you want to use to make reservations or link tickets to your account if they are not already on there.
I hope that either one of those walk-throughs help you out. If neither of those worked and you need some extra help, I suggest connecting with a Cast Member at
Ticket Services to see if they can further assist you.
I wanted to share with you that at select table service restaurants, you can currently add on a
Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake to your reservation. These need to be added to your reservation at least three days in advance. I think this is such a fun way to surprise your wife and continue celebrating her in the park. Oh, and don't forget to head to City Hall once you get inside Disneyland Park to get her a complimentary birthday button so that others can celebrate her too!
Thanks again for visiting planDisney. Patrick, I hope you have an unforgettable time celebrating at The Happiest Place on Earth!
