    Hi Tina!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for stopping by with your question.  I am so excited for the phased Reopening of Walt Disney World and I bet you are too!  Be sure to visit the prior linked page for the latest information to know "before you go", as we are certainly in unprecedented times and information about the most current practices at Walt Disney World will be located within.

Since you have already purchased a Disney Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper Option, you have more than one choice for how you may use your tickets.  First, you may hold onto your theme park tickets with Park Hopper Option and use them by September 6, 2021 should the ability to hop from park to park become available again in the future.  To discuss your other options, including refund, you should contact Walt Disney World Vacation Planning Specialist at the phone number listed in this link under "Existing Tickets".

Have a Magical Day and please let us know if you have any further questions!
