Hello, Angela! Are you getting so excited for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation? I bet the countdown is on.
Angela, on top of needing
Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets, you'll also need to make a
park pass reservation for the day/days you'd like to go to the parks. Park pass reservations are needed right now because of the limited capacity and basically secures your spot in line at the theme park virtually. To make park pass reservations, you must first purchase tickets and then link them to your
MyDisneyExperience account. Once that is done, you can head over to the park pass reservations website. You'll log in to your account, if prompted, and then start the process of making your selections. The site will have you choose your travel party, the date on the calendar and then the theme park you'd like to go to. If all goes well you'll be take to a confirmation page and then have the availability to do the process again for another date. When all of your park pass reservations are made, you'll be able to see all of them under your itinerary on your MyDisneyExperience account.
If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you will need to pay for parking while visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Standard
theme park parking is $25.00 per day. If you plan on visiting multiple theme parks in one day, be sure to save your receipt as you only need to pay once per day. You cannot pay in advance for parking. On the day you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Theme Parks you'll pull up to the parking booth and the attendant will help you out. They accept cash or card. Once you've paid, you'll be given the all-clear to enter and park your car.
I hope you have such a magical time visiting Walt Disney World. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help!
