    I purchased "paper" tickets as I am staying off site but my friends recently went to Disneyworld and are offering us the use of their magic bands. Can I do that? Link our tickets to their old magic bands? And if so, How?”

    Hi Carly!

    From one Colorado girl to another, I'm happy to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! MagicBands are a great addition to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation because they make your trip so much easier by giving you access to your theme park tickets, FastPass+ reservations and Memory Maker account all with a touch of your MagicBand. Unfortunately, MagicBands are non-transferrable. So once they have been linked to a Guest's My Disney Experience account, they cannot be transferred to another Guest and linked to their My Disney Experience account. So you will not be able to use your friends' MagicBands for your upcoming trip.

    If you would still like to use MagicBands during your vacation, you can purchase them online in advance of your trip or from one of the shops at Walt Disney World Resort. There are quite a few awesome graphic MagicBand options available and you can purchase the perfect MagicBand for each member of your family!
