    Hi Robert,

It's wonderful to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of a frustrating experience making theme park reservations. I truly wish I had some wise words like Rafiki to clear up the issue straight away for you.

Typically, when you link your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, you'll find that your Resort hotel reservation and your theme park tickets are all linked to your My Disney Experience account. You should expect that the theme park tickets you purchased will appear in your "My Plans" section in your My Disney Experience in the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab in the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" area.

Once you have your theme park tickets linked and assigned to each member of your party, you should be able to use the Disney Park Pass system to make theme park reservations for each Guest in your party. In your case, it sounds like maybe you're seeing something like the "Just a moment, we can't find their tickets" message. This suggests that the Disney Park Pass system can't seem to locate valid admission for some of the Guests for whom you're making a reservation.

One suggestion, Robert, is to take a look at the theme park tickets that display in the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab. Are you seeing each of the 5-day tickets display for you? And is each ticket assigned to one of the six Guests in your party? If you need to, you can use the "Reassign ticket" feature to make sure that a ticket is assigned to each Guest.

Robert, I'm hopeful that this quick tip is helpful and gets you to that hakuna matata feeling of no worries. If it does not help address the issue as you make your theme park reservations, my best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk team by calling them at (407) 939-4357. The online chat service is also a good way to reach out to the Cast Members for assistance.

Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
