Hi Amanda,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
When you purchased your package, if you added your family in the process of getting your reservation, you should be okay. Let’s double check though! If you have a My Disney Experience account, you’ll want to sign into the mobile app. Once you’re in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines in the lower right corner and select the box called “Tickets and Passes”. On the next page you should see your ticket and as you scroll, hopefully you see your family’s tickets as well. If the tickets are there, but there are no names on them, Hakuna Matata! You’ll want to assign the ticket by pressing the icon then adding their names individually. Once done, you should be able to make the reservations.
If for some reason you don’t have tickets in this section of the app, I suggest connecting with the
Existing Tickets desk to confirm if all the tickets were included in the reservation.
Once you confirm your tickets and they are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to make those
Disney Park Pass reservations. I highly suggest including a day at EPCOT during your trip to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! This is my all-time favorite Festival because you’re able to see the beautiful flowers and topiaries while enjoying some great food around the World Showcase. It just screams springtime! If you decide to go to the Festival, reference this
guide. It details the locations of all the topiaries and gardens to help you plan your day!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your family’s vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
