    Hi. I have purchased a package on disneyland.disney.go.com that includes hotel and tickets. How can I see those tickets on the Disneyland app?

    Hey there, Caroline! Welcome to planDisney. I am thrilled to hear that in just a few months you will be visiting Disneyland Resort!

    Disneyland Resort Hotel Packages are a great way to plan an upcoming visit. I love having the option of putting a down payment and then having the option to make payments or save up until the remainder of the balance is due. For Guests who purchase Disneyland Resort Hotel Packages, you will find your tickets linked to your Disney account that was used to purchase the package four days before your arrival. Once they are linked to your account, you should be able to link them to your Disneyland account with the Ticket ID numbers if they aren't already showing up in the Disneyland app. 

    The important step that you don't want to forget is to book theme park ticket reservations. The steps or a link to make theme park ticket reservations should be included in your confirmation email. Theme park ticket reservations are required along with theme park tickets for entry into the parks. You are within the 120-day window, so if you haven't done this already I would do so as soon as possible. Theme park ticket reservations can fill up for one or both parks on certain dates.
