Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to planDisney!
I am delighted to hEAR that you purchased a
vacation package! When you made that purchase, you should have received an email confirmation. Take that confirmation number and link it to your
My Disney Experience account. Just log into your account, click on My Plans, scroll down, and click on the plus sign on the right-hand side of the screen to Add More Plans. Once you click on that plus sign, click on
Link Reservations and Purchases.
Once your vacation package is linked, you should be able to go in and make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. Given how close your trip is, I suggest that you check the
theme park reservation availability calendar prior to trying to make park pass reservations. If you have trouble linking that vacation package
contact a Cast Member by phone. Do so as soon as possible - you should not have to wait to link that vacation package to your My Disney Experience account.
If you have not done so already, make
advanced dining reservations. Make sure you have downloaded the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. We used the mobile app to do
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and
Mobile Dine Check-in on our last visit. We loved having those dining reservations. They gave us a welcome break during the day.
Jennifer, keep checking the
operational updates prior to your visit since policies and procedures could change. Remember to visit the Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival during your visit. The topiary displays are stunning. Collect your superhero crew, find your
matching gear, and get ready for your next
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
