Hi there, Kalina. Welcome to planDisney!
I hope you’re getting excited about your upcoming visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth. It looks like you’ll be visiting while spooktacular decorations are adorning the parks during
Halloween Time, which runs from August 22 to October 31, 2025. It’s such a fun, whimsical vibe and I absolutely love seeing the giant Mickey pumpkin on Main Street, U.S.A.
It’s unclear in your question whether you purchased a vacation package directly through Disney or a third-party company. But Hakuna Matata, it means no worries as I try to help you “locate” your tickets. Kalina, you should have received a confirmation email after booking with the essential details of your vacation. Your
theme park tickets are likely included within it, with a barcode and a long string of numbers and letters. You can add your theme park tickets on your
Disneyland mobile app.
Once you’ve logged into your MyDisney account, tap on the ≡ icon on the lower right corner. Then tap on “My Tickets & Passes”, followed by “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can either use your camera to scan the barcode or QR code (depending on what is found on your confirmation email) or you can manually type ID number of your theme park tickets. You can also click on “Link Resort Reservation” if you are staying at one of the
onsite Disneyland Resort hotels.
Once you arrive at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park's main entrance turnstile, just use your mobile app to scan your e-tickets for entry. Easy peasy, and you'll soon be on your way to trot down Main Street, U.S.A. or
Buena Vista Street!
I hope this information is helpful for you, Kalina. If you need more assistance or have additional questions when it comes to planning your upcoming trip, please feel free to drop by
planDisney again!
Sending you pixie dust,
Kiki
