We purchased Oogie boogie tickets for Oct 19. The borders haven’t opened and we are unable to cross. flying isn’t an option as my niece has a seizure disorder the doctors do not want her to fly at this time pending medical testing. Can we get a credit?

    Hello Allana,

It's wonderful to see you here at planDisney! We always welcome the opportunity to help Guests like you plan your magical visits to the Disney Parks by sharing tips and ideas from our own Disney destination vacations.

I'm so very sorry to hear that you won't be able to attend Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party the way you originally planned. I can imagine the disappointment in missing all the good and frightful fun at this special event that's a highlight of Halloween Time.

Because the special event tickets for Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party are non-refundable, the best idea I can suggest for you is to reach out to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team for guidance. You can speak with a Cast Member with the Ticket Services team by calling (714) 781-4636. If you prefer and if you find it more convenient, you could also use the online email form to contact a Cast Member.

Allana, I'm hopeful for you and your niece that you can enjoy your travel to "The Happiest Place on Earth" real soon. I'm certain that Mickey and all his pals will be so delighted and excited to see you there. A visit to the Disneyland Resort theme parks brings magic to all.

Until you do visit the Disneyland Resort, here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Allana!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
