My first suggestion is to open your
Disneyland Mobile App and look for them under your "Tickets and Passes." You'll find the option by clicking on the stacked lines menu on the bottom right of the screen.
If they aren't there, I recommend running a search on your e-mail inbox for "
Oogie Boogie Bash," as the confirmation e-mail could be in a spam folder.
If you still can't find them this way, I recommend
calling the Disneyland Resort to have a Cast Member assist you. I'm sure they will be glad to help with any tech issues!
