I purchased online the Canadian resident 5 day theme park pass (1 park per day). Is there a will call office in Disney Springs that I can pickup my pass? If so, where? If not, can I pickup at entrance of Magic Kingdom? Thanks!

Hi there Vicky, I'd like to wish you a warm Canadian welcome to planDisney!

As the temperature still remains in single digits up in Ontario, I'm so glad to see that you're joining the many Canadians heading down to Orlando for some warmer weather at Walt Disney World Resort soon! It's not only great to see Special Offers, Deals & Discounts that are aimed at Canadian Residents, but that folks and families are taking advantage of this special opportunity to Save 20% on 5-Day or Longer Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets just in time for March Break!

As you may be aware, the policies of this offer require adults to show proof of Canadian residency in order to use their theme park tickets, which can be done at either Guest Relations or Will Call  windows outside the entrances to the Theme Parks like Magic Kingdom Park prior to passing through the turnstiles or at Disney Springs. These locations, such as the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs can issue you a physical form of admission in the form of a card for you to use throughout your visit to the theme parks each day, but this is not required - in fact many Canadians also choose to access the theme parks in one of the following ways:

    • Disney MagicMobile service allows guests to use your mobile device to enter the theme parks and access important tools such as the My Disney Experience app, which I highly recommend downloading for you to use while you're in and around Walt Disney World Resort.
    • Disney Bands (known as MagicBands in the United States) are currently only available to Canadians to be purchased when you arrive, but are wearable pieces of technology that can also serve as a keepsake of your trip and take the place of a physical admission card that you have right on your wrist!
I personally prefer to wear a Disney Band for the sheer ease of using it to tap my way across the theme parks and select experiences like Disney PhotoPass Service and the moments they capture. When you're here, be sure to take in the warm Floridian air as you enjoy the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival and the exclusive entertainment for the Garden Rocks Concert Series! You just might even enjoy a surprisingly delicious plant-based item like the new IMPOSSIBLE Jamaican Beef Patty among the Disney Eats offerings, or marvel at the sometimes quirky things they do to Poutine every so often at the Refreshment Port!

Wishing you all the warmth on your upcoming Disney adventures!
