Kelsey from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have purchased one park per day tickets and when I go to make a park reservation it gives me the message "this pass has reached its theme park reservation limit." I am not sure if there is anything further I need to do. Any help is welcome!

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Kelsey!

Thanks so much for dropping by with your Disneyland Resort planning question. You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! It looks like you'll be enjoying a holly jolly visit to The Happiest Place on Earth in just a short couple of weeks. Now, before you don your holiday apparel and hit the theme parks, let's confirm you have the appropriate requirements for theme park admission!

Kelsey, it sounds like you've purchased One Park Per Day tickets for your upcoming visit and are seeing an error message when trying to make theme park reservations for them. I'm thankful to inform you that it's likely you made theme park reservations for these tickets already! When Guests purchase One Park Per Day tickets on the Disneyland Resort website, first, they'll be prompted to select dates for the tickets to be used. Next, they'll need to select the theme parks they intend to visit on each ticketed date. (These selections will serve as your theme park reservations!) Once a Guest completes the checkout process, their theme park reservation selections are automatically confirmed for their purchased tickets.

You can verify your theme park reservations by following these steps, Kelsey:
    1. Log into your Disney account on the Disneyland Resort website.
    2. Hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu,
    3. Scroll down the page. If you see theme park plans depicted in this list, it means you have theme park reservations made for those parks on those dates. You're good to go!
Kelsey, you can also confirm your theme park reservations in the Disneyland Resort mobile app by tapping the ≡ icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and navigating to "Future Plans." If you see theme park plans here, then you have theme park admission and theme park reservations made for the dates and parks shown!

If you don't see your theme park plans accurately reflected on the Disneyland Resort website or in the mobile app, I recommend making a call to the friendly Cast Members at the Tickets phone line for further assistance. They'll be able to help you sort out your ticket troubles! Luckily, at the time of writing, I still see theme park reservation availability remaining for both theme parks for the duration of your stay.

I hope this information helps you to prepare for your very merry visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, Kelsey! I wish you a memorable time filled with holiday magic. If you have any additional planning questions, feel free to return to planDisney anytime. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
