If you have a Disneyland Resort hotel reservation with separately purchased park tickets, you will have to retrieve your resort hotel reservation via
My Hotel Reservations and link it to your Disney account before making a
theme park reservation. If you have already linked your hotel reservation and are still having difficulties, try updating your web browser to the most recent version. The recommended browsers for Disneyland.com are Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. Please note that some web pages may not function properly with Internet Explorer.
While making theme park reservations, you will need to provide an email address to receive confirmation of your reservation and QR code. If you have successfully made a park reservation, you should have received a confirmation email with the required QR code. Please be ready to present your QR code and valid tickets associated with the reservation when you arrive. If you have multi-day tickets, be sure to make a reservation for each day of your ticket.
