Hey there, hi there, ho there, Jay! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney, and I'm so glad you've stopped by with such a great
Disneyland Resort question!
Hakuna Matata, Jay! It means "no worries." Since you have unused One-Day Tickets, when it says "1 Day Remaining" under your ticket on the
Disneyland mobile app, it is just alerting you that you still have one day remaining on your ticket. Typically, you can also see the expiration date of your tickets in the same location by logging into your Disneyland app and tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile to view your tickets.
If you don't see your ticket's expiration date on the app, I recommend
calling to speak with a helpful Cast Member with Tickets to check your ticket's expiration date and discuss your options. Even if your tickets are expired, there is still magic in them! Typically, the value (amount paid) of expired, unused tickets can be applied to the purchase of new theme park tickets, as long as the new ticket price is equal to or greater than the price of the original ticket.
Theme Park Tickets equal magic, and we don't want a single drop to go to waste!
I hope this helps, Jay, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable time on your visit during the
Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon,
Mandy
