Hi there, Elsa. Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question for us. We’re so excited you’re here!
How delightful that your trip to the Happiest Place is
just around the river bend, Elsa. Now that the Disneyland Resort theme parks have finally reopened after a long, unexpected closure, I bet you’re more than ready and excited to
return to a land of Magic.
I love the flexibility of visiting both parks on the same day and it literally is just a skip and a hop across The Esplanade. I can see why you’d want to upgrade to a Park Hopper ticket. It isn’t something you will be able to change on your own, unfortunately. I recommend that you
contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Service at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. Due to the pandemic’s impact on park operations, all Guests need both a valid park admission and an
advanced park reservation for each day of their visit. This helps ensure management of park attendance and physical distancing for all Guests and Cast Members’ health and safety. Also, at this time, only California residents are able to enjoy the theme parks during this initial phased reopening period. In the past, Guests could easily head to any Main Entrance ticket booth to make changes or upgrade their tickets. Unfortunately, since this is not an option, it’ll be best to speak directly with a Cast Member who can better assist you.
If you have additional questions, please visit us on
planDisney again, Elsa. We’re all EARS!
Have a magical day,
Kiki
