I purchased a one day ticket but on the app it shows two. Is one for my reservation into the park that I made?

    Hi Kelly! Welcome to planDisney!

While I don't know which of the four Walt Disney World theme parks you are planning to visit in just a few days, I do know that you are in for a wonderful day! Even if I can only squeeze in one day while passing through, I always know that no matter which theme park I visit, I will experience adventure, lots of smiles, and tons of magic!

When you are on the My Disney Experience mobile app, going to "My Plans" will show your Disney Park Pass reservations (the theme park you have reserved will be displayed on the reservation as well). If you go into your "Tickets and Passes," you should only see your Walt Disney World theme park tickets. There you should see the one ticket that you purchased. If you are seeing other tickets that you didn't purchase, you will want to give Disney a call directly at (407) 566-4985 and a Cast Member can look into it for you!

I hope you have the best Disney day, Kelly! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
