I purchased a one day park hopper ticket for March 25th with a reservation at Animal Kingdom. We plan on park hopping to Magic Kingdom starting at 2 pm. if we decide not to go to Animal Kingdom and just go to Magic Kingdom at 2pm can we do this? Thanks

    Hi Alison! Welcome to planDisney!

Can you believe that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is almost here?! It sounds like you have done an excellent job of planning the details of your visit with your theme park ticket and Disney Park Pass reservations in place. Your trip will be here in no time!

With the current park hopping procedures, you need a Disney Park Pass reservation for the first theme park you plan to visit that day and you must visit that theme park first before park hopping. Since you are all set with your Disney's Animal Kingdom reservation, you'll want to head there first, then hop over to Magic Kingdom Park once park hopping hours open around 2:00 PM. I think starting your day flying on the back of a banshee in Avatar Flight of Passage and ending the day sailing through Pirates of the Caribbean sounds pretty perfect!

I hope this helps and that you have the BEST time, Alison! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
