Welcome to planDisney, Yona. Thanks for taking the time to visit us with your question.
I’m glad to hear your trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth is just around the corner, Yona. Now that the Disneyland Resort theme parks have finally reopened after a long, unexpected closure, I bet you’re ready and excited to
return to a land of Magic.
I love the flexibility of visiting both parks on the same day and it literally is just a hop across The Esplanade. I can see why you’d want to upgrade to a Park Hopper ticket. It isn’t something you will be able to change on your own, unfortunately. I recommend that you
contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Service at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. Due to the pandemic’s impact on park operations, all Guests need both a valid park admission and an advanced park reservation for each day of their visit. This helps ensure management of park attendance and physical distancing for all Guests' and Cast Members’ health and safety. Also, at this time, only California residents are able to enjoy the theme parks during this initial phased reopening period. In the past, Guests could easily head to any Main Entrance ticket booth on the day of their visit to make changes or upgrade their tickets. Unfortunately, since this is not an option, it’ll be best to speak directly with a Cast Member who can better assist you.
