Mickey’s No-So-Scary Halloween Party. Special Event Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. I called and talked to a friendly Cast Member who confirmed the nonrefundable and nontransferable part of the ticket agreement. But she recommended that you should call and talk with Guest Services and explain your situation. Use

Ashley, you are going to have a great time at the party! Last year my wife and I attended one of Mickey’s parties with our daughter and her fiancé who had just flown into Orlando from Japan! We met him for the first time, and we made lasting memories by dressing up and filling our bags full of treats all night! I have a picture of us near Cinderella Castle hanging on my living room wall to make me smile at the memory every day!
Ashley, make sure you arrive at the Magic Kingdom at 4pm to take advantage of the early entry benefit! The party starts at 7pm so we always use those extra hours to enjoy some rides and do some people watching on Main Street U.S.A! Once the party gets rolling, don’t miss
Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade, you’ll know it’s starting when the Headless Horseman gallops down the street!
