Hi, Lisa!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing us this question about
theme park tickets.
It's wonderful that you might have some days left on your non-expiring theme park tickets from 2008 that you can use on your upcoming December visit! There are two ways to
determine how many days you have remaining on your theme park tickets. First, if you wish to check from home to see how many days are remaining on your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, you can send an email to
ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. Be sure to include the following:
(1) A photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
(2) Your full name
(3) A phone number where you can be reached ruing the day
Keep in mind that the email size, including attachments, must be below 2 MB, so you may need to compress your attachments or send more than one message. A Cast Member will get back to you within 14 business days.
Second, if you are at
Walt Disney World Resort, there's a faster way you can determine how many days you have remaining. Simply show your theme park tickets to a Cast Member at any of the ticket windows at the theme parks and water parks, the Concierge desks at any
Walt Disney World Resort hotels, or the Guest Relations locations at
Disney Springs. The Cast Member will be able to let you know how many days you have remaining on each of your tickets while you wait.
I hope this helps answer your question, Lisa! Please stop back again real soon!
Wishing you magical memories!
Erin
