I had purchased a non expiration ticket last year and thought I put it in my safe. To my dismay it is not there. Do they keep track of the information or did I lose the days I already purchased for the parks.

    Hi, Cory!

Oh, no! I'm sorry you are unable to find your park ticket. All may not be lost, hopefully you can gather up enough information to save this lost ticket. Here is what will be helpful: find any receipts, confirmation numbers, credit cards used, date purchased, try to recall if it was part of a package (on your Key to the World card) or a paper ticket, and any other information you can find. Then call (407)939-1289 to see what magic they can perform!  With as little or as much as you have, call them, it is worth a shot! Hopefully they can track down your ticket purchase.

When and if your ticket is recovered, and for future tickets, take a photo of the Key to the World card or the back of a paper ticket.  This way a cast member can more readily find that lost ticket and do their best to replace it.

I cannot guarantee anything, but I am sending pixie dust your way for good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
