Hi Tara,
A number of guests still have unused admission days and other benefits on the No Expiration tickets that were sold for many years, and Walt Disney World normally can still honor the tickets, even if children are now adults.
My sister had a similar situation to yours a couple of years ago. She knew she hadn't used all of her tickets' benefits, but she wasn't sure what remained. Her daughter, like your son, also had grown out of the child age bracket.
She was able to call the
Reservations and Tickets number that serves those with existing tickets (407.939.7523) and get her family's remaining No Expiration paper tickets added to her
My Disney Experience account. She needed the physical tickets with her when she called to provide the serial numbers on each, and cast members were able to tell her just what value remained on her tickets.
I'm sure the cast members at Reservations and Tickets will do their best to help you determine what value is left on your tickets from 2009 as well.
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Good luck!
Wilma
