Purchased a 1-night stay at Pixar with 2-day tickets for Mar 12. The link to 'Get eTickets' in my travel ePackage is not available. How can access my theme park tickets? Will I need to go to hotel first - can I still do early entry?

    Hi there, Michelle!

Welcome to planDisney. Let's not waste a minute diving into the magic as you are just one sleep away from your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

It sounds like you have a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, including theme park tickets and hotel accommodations. With vacation packages, your tickets will be delivered electronically to your account 2 days ahead of your visit. I'm hopeful that by the time this answer reaches you, you will actually be all set! If you head into the Disneyland App, tap the hamburger icon in the bottom right-hand corner and select "My Tickets & Passes". Do you see your tickets in there? You should be able to scroll left to see multiple tickets. If you don't see anything, let's make sure your vacation package is correctly linked to your account.

To link a vacation package, head into the mobile app, tap the hamburger icon again, but this time select "Hotel Reservations". From here, you can add your reservation or confirmation number. Once linked, you should not only see your hotel accommodations, but also your tickets. If not, I'd recommend calling Guest Services to ensure everything is squared away with your package. The Cast Members will be happy to answer any specific questions you may have about your account.

Once those tickets are good to go, you'll want to ensure you have theme park reservations. You may have already done this, but just to be sure, head to the "+" icon in the bottom navigation bar and select "Make a Theme Park Reservation". Here, you will either see the reservations you have already made or the option to make a reservation. Follow the steps, and you will be able to select which park to visit on each day of your visit. If you have a Park Hopper, you will choose the park where you will start your day and then be able to hop between the two after 11:00 am. For future visits, you can make your theme park reservations as soon as the package is booked. The system will register that you have a package with park tickets and allow you to make theme park reservations even though the tickets themselves are not physically in your account.

This was a lot of logistics to digest, but I hope we've found those tickets and set you up for a successful visit! As a guest of Pixar Place, you will have access to Early Entry for each day of your hotel stay, including your check-in and check-out dates. You should not need to do anything extra at the hotel to gain access. When you head to the Main Entrance Gates, you will see a sign for entry specific to hotel Guests. Simply show your room key or your hotel reservation through the app, and you should be good to go! I do recommend taking a peek at the Park Hours ahead of time. Only one park per day offers Early Entry, so you will want to ensure it aligns with the park you have chosen that day for your theme park reservation.

When you arrive at Pixar Place, be sure to ask for a list of the resort activities. There are always fun things happening in and around the resort! If you have any more questions, Michelle, we are always here for you at planDisney!
