Hello there, Daija. Thanks for visiting planDisney with your
Magic Key question!
Life can get busy and as such sometimes things fall through the cracks. I am so sorry to hear that your Magic Keys accidentally expired! There are a couple of options here; however, some of them depend on whether or not your daughter's Magic Key has already been used. If it has not been used then you could wait to activate it when Magic Key sales resume (likely sometime in 2025), and you are able to purchase new Keys for you and your husband. This would be the best scenario as it guarantees that all three of your Keys will have the same expiration date.
If your daughter's Magic Key has already been used, then I'm afraid you'll need to speak with a Cast Member at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths or by calling the
Magic Key Holders phone line (714-781-7277) about your specific situation. Based on the
Disneyland® Resort Magic Key Terms and Conditions, Magic Keys are nonrefundable and nontransferable so it may not be possible for them to cancel your daughter's pass or allow you to buy new passes as Magic Key sales are currently paused. However, they can let you know what the options are.
Daija, if neither of these options works for your situation, you could always buy park tickets for yourself and your husband when the
Disneyland Resort has periodic
ticket offers. My family and I have looked into this option, as my oldest kiddo doesn't always want to come along since we visit often with our Magic Keys. Perhaps this could work for you until Magic Key sales resume?
I hope this information helps, or at least points you in the right direction to finding a solution. If you have any other questions,
I'd be happy to help. So please feel free to reach out, Daija.
Sending you pixie dust,
Melissa
