I recently purchased a
MagicBand+ as well and I’m super excited to try it out next week!
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble linking your
MagicBand+. In the
MagicBand+ Support section of the Disneyland website, I read some
troubleshooting suggestions such as ensuring your MagicBand+ is charged, you are current on the latest software version of MagicBand+ and you’re using the latest mobile app version for the
Disneyland mobile app. You may try powering it off and back on to see if that helps. If you’re still having issues, my suggestion is to
call Guest Services for help so they can troubleshoot with you live.
