Purchased MYW+Dining plan...will be my husband, myself, and daughters 10, 4, and 2...since the 2 year old is free, does she just eat off of our plate? Thanks in advance...have learned so much from your panel!

    Hi Kyley!

I'm glad that you have found the panel useful in planning your upcoming vacation! Your two year old will be able to eat for free at any buffets or all you care to eat family style meals. During other meals, you can share from your plate with her for no added charge. The only time you will have to pay for a meal for her would be if you order something off of the children's menu.

I have found the portions at most restaurants (both quick service and table service) to be large enough to share with my daughter when she was that age. Once in a while we would order her a meal which we paid for out of pocket. Most childrens meals range in price from $5 - $8, and they usually include a side like fruit, milk and a cookie along with the main part of the meal.

I would recommend booking a majority of your table service meals at restaraunts that offer a buffet. Most of them are character meals which would be fun for all of your children, and the selection of food is usually very good with something for everyone. All of the buffets have a children's section with kid favorites like pizza, macaroni and cheese and chicken nuggets, but children can choose food off of the "adult" part of the buffet as well.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
