We loved using Memory Maker during our last Walt Disney World adventure, and I'm sure you're going to love it as well.
Once your Magic Your Way vacation package is booked, you should be able to see all reservations, including your
Memory Maker purchase, in your My Disney Experience account. If you scroll to the bottom of your My Disney Experience account, you will see the Memory Maker section. Your purchase should be annotated there. If not, please call
(407) 939-5277 and a cast member can help you add your Memory Maker purchase to your account.
When it comes to mailing correspondence about Memory Maker, our family received "Mickey mail" about 1 month from our check-in date. Please remember that this may vary for you.
