    I purchased a multi day pass that is good until the end of December. How do I verify the balance?

    Hi Michael! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    You must love living so close to the Walt Disney World Resort, and being able to take advantage of the amazing theme park ticket offers they have for Florida residents! I'm glad you have saved at least one day to experience "The Most Magical Place on Earth" during the most wonderful time of the year. There is something extra special about seeing the theme parks all dressed up for the holiday season!

    There are a few options when it comes to checking how many days are left on Walt Disney World theme park tickets. The most convenient way is by using the My Disney Experience mobile app. As long as your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account, log into the app, scroll down, and click "My Tickets." All the tickets attached to your My Disney Experience account should come up and should show how many days are left and the expiration date of the ticket.

    You can also call and speak to a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985 or visit Guest Relations when you arrive for your next day in the theme parks. Though these options take a bit longer, they are the most reliable for giving you the most up-to-date information.
