It sounds like
Evil Emperor Zurg has your tickets under his power! Let me, and my band of
Space Rangers, help you link your tickets!
When you log in to your account, via the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, select the “three lines” icon in the bottom righthand corner of the App’s home-screen. Then, select the “Tickets and Passes” button. You should be able to see all of the tickets that are linked to your account, including your wife’s.
(Be sure that your accounts are linked on the “My Family and Friends” page of the
My Disney Experience Website.)
When your accounts are linked, she should be able to view both of your tickets through the My Disney Experience Mobile App (following the directions above). If she does not, on the “Tickets and Passes” option in the App, she can select the blue “+” button in the top righthand corner. From there she should select the “Link Tickets & Passes” button. Using the ID Code given to you when you purchased the tickets (often received in an email) she should be able to link her ticket easily!
If you find that you cannot link her ticket, I would highly recommend
calling backup (Guest Services) for
reinforcements! They are always so patient, and have helped me
save the galaxy more than once!
