What a year 2020 was, and so many families' vacation plans were affected by the pandemic. I'm so sorry to hear that your family was not able to experience the magic of the Disneyland Resort as originally planned. Unfortunately, Guests are not able to receive refunds for the tickets they have already purchased. The good news is the expiration date of your 2020 Military Salute Tickets is extended through December 16, 2021. These tickets may be used on non-consecutive days. Blockout days may apply.

Many changes can happen quickly as the Disneyland Resort awaits guidance from health experts plus state and local government. Be sure to check out Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates and official news regarding reopening of the Disneyland Resort theme parks and hotels. Expiration dates on eligible ticket(s) will be updated prior to theme parks' reopening. At that time, you will be able to link your tickets to your Disney account on the Disneyland app or on Disneyland.com to check the latest expiration date. You can also contact (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will gladly assist you.
