My Disney Experience account. Before we begin I first would like to say “Thank you” from my military family to yours. I’m also sending you a huge wave from one Arizonan to another.
Are you currently trying to link your
specially priced tickets? You should have received an exchange certificate, from your participating U.S. military base ticket office. The barcode number (on the back) is what you will want to use to enter and link your tickets. I find that sometimes typing the numbers in works better than using the scanner on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. I also recommend trying to link the tickets
using the official website from a desktop computer. If you are still experiencing difficulties, Hakuna Matata, Charles. You are able to give the
existing tickets line a call and a Cast Member will be more than happy to help resolve this issue.
Once your tickets have been linked, you will be able to make your park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system. Don’t forget to make your
dining reservations 60 days prior to your arrival! One of my favorites is
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant.
