While I'm thrilled to hear about your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble making those
theme park reservations.
If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like you see your tickets when you look on the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. If that is the case, then my next suggestion would be to visit the
Disneyland website and use the same login information you use for the mobile app. Once you're logged in, hover over "My Disneyland" and select "Ticket and Reservation Details." On this next page, you'll click the blue button that says "Make or Modify Park Reservations" and then finally on this page you'll select "Book Theme Park Reservation."
I'm hoping that since you're seeing your tickets in the mobile app, they are connected to your Disney account and will show up here for you to be able to make your theme park reservation. However, in case that still isn't working and you need a bit of extra Pixie Dust, I would recommend
calling the Tickets line to speak with a Cast Member. They can actually see the specific details of your tickets and should be able to walk you through how to make those reservations if the steps I outlined above still do not work for you.
