We have purchased Military tickets on base and would like to activate them at the resort, Ft. Wilderness, when we check in instead of waiting at guest relations at the park entrance. Do you know if they will activate them at the resorts?

    Hi Leah!

I'm not sure what kind of ticket you have purchased, but most of the tickets sold on military bases are ready to be used at the gate to the theme parks immediately.  However, some military promotional tickets do have to be picked up at Walt Disney World and you are basically given a voucher to pick them up in person in Florida.  If that's what you have, then you will need to do that at Guest Services outside any of the theme parks.  However, it's a very quick process.  Since you are staying at Fort Wilderness, I suggest visiting the Magic Kingdom first because you can skip the ticket booths at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TT&C).  The Guest Services windows at the Magic Kingdom itself are never really busy, because most guests pick up their tickets at the TT&C (or already have them).

    Have a magical stay!
