    I purchased a military three day park hopper pass. I used two of the days last year before COVID and then lost the paper ticket. Is there a way to look up my ticket so that I can use the third day?

    Welcome to planDisney, we are more than happy to help. Let me first begin by saying “Thank You”, from my military family to yours. The military offer is such a great deal, my family is so thankful to have the chance to use it year after year. Recently, we’ve been visiting the Walt Disney World Resort so a trip back to Disneyland Resort would be fantastic!

    Oh no, first try and retrace your steps. I usually find old tickets in my wallet, most of the time, in the hidden compartments. I also recommend checking the purse or bag you took into the parks during your last visit. Fingers crossed you find it in there! If not, did you by chance happen to link your ticket to your Disney account? If so, then your ticket should still be linked there. 

    Lauren, I hope all these suggestions and retracing your steps help you find your tickets. If not, I do recommend giving the Ticket Service line a call to see if a Cast Member can help!

    Once you do get your ticket issue resolved, you’ll want to go ahead and schedule your Theme Park Reservations for your next visit. After that, it’s just a matter of counting down until your visit.
