I purchased military salute tickets; how do I make a reservation for the parks? The website asks for a ticket number or will call number but it does not accept any of the information printed on my tickets or confirmation.

    Hiya Renee,

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for your service! I am very excited to be assisting you today with your planning question. As the child of veterans, it always makes me happy to know that the Military Salute tickets exist and Walt Disney World Resort honors the Armed Services in this way. During your visit, be sure to check out one of my favorite traditions at Walt Disney World Resort. The Flag Retreat at Magic Kingdom Park is such a stunning reminder of patriotism and a tribute to those who have or are currently serving. It is something I always try to stop and watch when I visit. It is also a welcome break from all walking during the day.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty getting your Military Salute Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account so you can make Disney Park Pass Reservations. Let me see if I can help you troubleshoot before reaching out to a Cast Member. There should be a 16-digit code located on the back of your exchange certificates. This is the number you will use to link your tickets. To link them, go to your My Disney Experience account and "My Plans." Once there, you will see five circled icons located near the top. Click the third one (it will look like a ticket with Mickey's ears on it). Select "Link Tickets" from the options presented. Type in the 16-digit code in the ID Code section for each of your Military Salute tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you will be able to make your Park Pass Reservations!

If for some reason, your tickets still aren't linking to your My Disney Experience account, then it may be time to reach out to a Cast Member in Website Support (407-939-4357). The wait times have been much longer than average, so it is all about timing if you need to reach out to them. In my experience, the best time to reach out is either early in the morning or later in the evening (before they close for the day). I've found that most Guests reach out during their lunch times or immediately after work hours traditionally end, so the waits are much, much longer.

I hope you can get your Military Salute Tickets added soon so you can continue on your planning journey. If there is anything else we can do, please come back and see us!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
