Hi Marion! Welcome to planDisney.
As one of the military moms here on the planDisney Panel, I would like to thank you for your service to our country. I am so grateful for the military discounts that allow my family to return to the Walt Disney World Resort together again and again, and it's a true pleasure to assist my fellow military families in planning their own magical R&R.
I'm sorry to hear you had trouble using your
Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets this past Spring. Because this year's tickets expire in December, you will need to contact Guest Relations to ask for an extension of your deadline. You may call (407) 566-4985 to
speak with a Cast Member on the Existing Tickets line; be sure to explain that you are a military member and have the promotional tickets. While expiration date extensions are never guaranteed, it's been my experience that Cast Members understand military families can't always be flexible with travel dates, and they've always been helpful. If they're not able to extend, they will be able to explain options for applying the value of your ticket to a new ticket with a future expiration date.
Once you've got your tickets sorted out, be sure to make
Theme Park Reservations for your new visit dates. As part of the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Park Pass reservations are required until further notice. It's also a good idea to take a look at the
Returning to a World of Magic guidance so you can be aware of health and safety protocols and other updates to experiences around Walt Disney World.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Marion. If you have any further questions, please come back and see us.
Wishing you much magic,
Robyn
