Hi Clarissa! Welcome to planDisney.
From my military family to yours, thank you for your service to our country. I’m so grateful for the fantastic military
special offers extended to our military families, and I treasure the memories we’ve made as a family at the Walt Disney World Resort. You’re going to be enjoying it all so soon!
Let’s help you find the ticket ID number on your
military promotional theme park tickets. The tickets purchased at the base ticket office usually come either as a plastic ticket card or as a paper exchange certificate. Look carefully at the back of either kind of military ticket voucher – the number should be there. Log in to your
My Disney Experience account, select “Tickets and Passes” and then the “+” button to add a ticket number. Then select “Link Tickets and Passes.” From there, there’s an option you can tap called “Where is the ID number?” This option will show you various sample tickets, and might help you locate the number on your ticket.
If you’ve tried all this and still aren’t having any luck, you should
call the friendly My Disney Experience Help Desk Cast Members at (407) 939-4357. I have found the military tickets to be a bit tricky, but the Cast Members at this number have always been really helpful in resolving my issues quickly.
Clarissa, once you get the tickets linked, the steps to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations are easy to follow. I’m glad you’re thinking ahead to this step and wanting to make your reservations in advance of your visit; with busy spring break crowds in the theme parks lately, some parks have reached capacity, so it’s good to lock in your plans in advance. Then, you can focus on the fun!
As you count down to your visit next month, please come back and see us if you think of any further questions. It’s always a pleasure to help a fellow Guest with their Disney dreaming.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
