Hi Linda!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us hEAR with this great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question!
Mine is a Military family too, and I am all too familiar with this situation. I've started writing everyone's names on everything Disney now, including our
Disney Dining Plan resort refill cups! Hakuna Matata, as this happens all the time. Disney's wonderful Cast Members will definitely be able to help sort out who belongs to which ticket no matter how your vacation is set up, and actually, you might be able to figure it out on your own. First, check in the
'MagicBands and Cards' section of your My Disney Experience account. You should be able to click on each person's name and see the ticket info currently linked to them. If you can't see this information, then a Front Desk Cast Member at your Disney Resort Hotel or a Cast Member at Guest Relations would be more than happy to assist you upon your arrival, or you can call the My Disney Experience team at (407) 939-4357.
Do note that if you purchased your
Walt Disney World Resort U.S. Military promotional theme park tickets from base/post, what you actually have are 'Exchange Tickets' that will all need to be validated once your group arrives at Mickey's House prior to entering your first theme park. This activation is done at any
Guest Relations location, and you'll hand over all of your exchange tickets (with an active Military ID) for a brand new set of ready-to-go park tickets that will be distributed to their correct owners. (Pro Tip: If your arrival day is before your first theme park day, try to get these activated soon after you arrive so you won't have to wait in line prior to park opening. My favorite location for this is at
Disney Springs, because it's open late and you're surrounded by great shopping and dining locations.)
If you purchased already validated Military tickets from
Shades of Green, you can still stop by Guest Relations to determine which ticket is whose. OR, If you have already validated tickets and you're staying at a
Disney Resort Hotel, then the complimentary
MagicBand each person in your party receives will auto-magically connect any FastPass+ reservations already made for each person in your
My Disney Experience account to whichever ticket you initially linked to their profile, and the physical tickets won't actually matter as you'll use your bands to both enter the parks as well as redeem FastPasses.
I hope this helped to get everything sorted out, Linda, and We'll See You Real Soon!
~Kristen
