Disney Vacation Club shopping discount is such a perk to our Membership.
Tom, I called
Member Services to confirm and learned that in order to receive your discount retroactively, you would need to return to the store where you purchased the watch band. If you purchased it at one of the stores on Disney property, you would need to contact the store. Typically, Disney Merchandise locations require your Digital Member Card and a photo ID to apply the discount, so I am not sure if they will be able to apply the discount at this time.
However, if you have the receipt, it may have the store phone number and transaction details, and a Cast Member may be able to assist you. Alternatively, you can try calling
Guest Services. If it was purchased through
shopDisney.com, you can contact them to see if they can apply the discount and refund the difference.
I am sorry I can't give you more assistance here. I have definitely forgotten to take advantage of our Disney Vacation Club Member benefits on occasion myself. But I hope this may provide some help in resolving your question. I hope your Disney vacation has been full of magical memories.
