Hello, Karrie! It's my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney where we love celebrating holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Karrie, how exciting that you'll be attending
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party this year. Some of my planDisney besties donned matching shirts and soaked up every Magical minute of this party last season. When you arrive, make sure to grab a special party park map, and don't miss the cookie stops stationed all around
Magic Kingdom Park.
Now, Karrie, in order to enjoy all there is to see and do at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, let's chat about making sure your tickets are correctly linked to your My Disney Experience Account.
Sometimes when viewing plans on your
My Disney Experience Mobile App or through your browser, you'll need to specifically click on "Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker" to view party tickets. In your browser, log into your
My Disney Experience Account and scroll down until you see the heading labeled, "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." Automatically displayed will be your daily plans, however, look for the blue wording, "Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker." Click on those words and you'll be taken to a separate screen that shows all tickets linked to your account.
If you don't see your tickets on that page, you'll want to check the confirmation number on your email and
link that number to your My Disney Experience account. You can do this by clicking on the hyperlink in the previous sentence or on the same page where you previously checked by clicking on "Add More Plans" and scrolling until you see "Link Reservations and Purchases."
Karrie, if for some reason that does not link your tickets correctly, I'll encourage you to
call in and speak with a Cast Member who can access your account.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my favorite events of the year and I hope you have a Magical experience. If you have any other questions, please come on back to planDisney!
Lauren
