    Purchased memory maker and have viewed the photos from out trip, anyway I can purchase or download photos in bigger sizes? I only see 8x10 size as biggest size and I need to print 11x14? When uploaded to shutterfly, says resolution is poor for bigger sz.

    Hi there, Lisa! Thank you for being here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m so happy to hEAR that you were able to enjoy Memory Maker on your most recent trip! Returning home after a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, is always hard for me. I never want to leave the Most Magical Place on Earth! Thankfully, with Memory Maker, I’m able to come home and look at all the amazing memories we created. Those precious photos, of our children, also convince my husband to start planning for our next visit.

    The good news is you can actually print a 11x14 photo! To do so, visit Disney PhotoPass Service and select “Create Personalized Photo Gifts”. It will then ask you to log into your personal My Disney Experience Account and asks if you want to be directed to Disney’s PhotoPass’s sister website, EZ Prints. There you can select “Photo Prints” and can order the 11x14 you are wanting! The same process can also be done directly from the My Disney Experience App as well! On the app, open up the photo you want to purchase and select “Buy Photo Gifts” once again it will redirect you to ezprints.com. When you arrive there select, “Prints”, “Photo Prints” and you’re ready to go.

    EZ Prints, also offers many different extras you can purchase to include your Disney Memory Maker photos on. My family recently bought me the blanket with our family photo from Adventurers Outpost, and it’s an adorable addition to our living room.
