We purchased Memory Maker for our vacation in 5 days. Forecast calls for thunderstorms all week and I really don't want pictures of my family in rain ponchos in front of an overcast castle. Can I cancel just the MM part of our package?

    Hi Laura,

Unfortunately, the purchase of Memory Maker is non-refundable. However, your Memory Maker purchase does not expire. If you choose to not use it on this vacation you can use it on your next trip to Walt Disney World. You begin redeeming your Memory Maker purchase when you download your first photo. This means you can see how many photos you have taken, or how dry your family is in the photos, before you decide if you want to download them.

The late summer forecast for Florida can be intimidating. Hopefully you will only have the typical late afternoon thunderstorms. The rain is heavy but short-lived! The benefit of the rain is it tends to clear out the parks. If you can last long enough for the rain to pass, it will hopefully mean shorter lines at the attractions.

    Wishing you sunny skies!
