I purchased a memory maker for my 2020 trip and never used it because we canceled but did not cancel the memory maker. Why is it not in my account?

    Hi Lorenza! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon and I am thrilled that you are finally able to take your vacation! I had to postpone a few vacations during the last year as well, and it has been wonderful going on and planning future vacations again.

To locate your Memory Maker, you should be able to log into your My Disney Experience account on the main Walt Disney World website and go to "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. From there, scroll down until you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Your plans will show up under "Daily Itinerary," but next to that is "Tickets & Memory Maker." Click on that link and all your active Walt Disney World theme park tickets and Memory Maker purchases should show up.

If you still don't see your Memory Maker, you will need to give Disney a call directly at (407) 560-4300 and see if they can retrieve it for you. Hopefully, they can see the purchase history from last year on your account!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Lorenza! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
