Hiya Kathryn,
Welcome to planDisney! There must be something about Walt Disney World Resort. It is the one place where I can get my Prince Charming to pose for pictures and not complain. I cherish those photos, and I’m sure you do as well!
I’m sorry to hear that you are still seeing a watermark appear on your trip photos. Let’s see if I can help you retrieve your images. When you purchased
Memory Maker, Kathryn, were you logged into your
My Disney Experience account? If you were logged in, your Memory Maker should’ve been linked to your account, and all you would need to do is activate it. To check, log into your My Disney Experience account and scroll under “Tickets and Memory Maker” to see if it is listed there. If you don’t see it, you should link Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account using the confirmation number in your email. Once linked, your next step is to activate the purchase to remove the watermark. To do this, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and select one of your Disney PhotoPass images. Once you click your image, you should see an option to activate your Memory Maker.
That should do the trick, Kathryn! If, for some reason, you are still experiencing difficulty removing the watermark, you should reach out to a Cast Member in
Disney PhotoPass Guest Support. They would be able to help you with your purchase. I hope this works; please come back and see us if you need anything else!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
