Hi Danielle, welcome to planDisney!
I hope you're still basking in the magical glow of your recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation. What was your favorite part - the delicious food? The mind-blowing attractions? The enchanting character interactions? If your answer is, "All of the above," then it's time to start dreaming about your next Disney adventure. If you still need some convincing, downloading all of the memories from your most recent vacation will fill your photo book with smiles and your heart with nostalgia.
I'm so glad you purchased
Memory Maker for your recent vacation, Danielle. Memory Maker is my favorite Walt Disney World Resort souvenir because it includes unlimited downloads of all attraction photos and images captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers. I am pictured in most pictures in my family's Disney scrapbook thanks to these heroic Cast Members.
The check box to download all images in your Disney PhotoPass account is akin to a hidden Mickey, so let's find it together. Start by logging into your
Disney PhotoPass account, which uses the same login as your My Disney Experience account. Next, hover over any unwatermarked image until a circle with a gray check appears in the top right corner. Click that circle and it turns green, which makes a "Select all visible media" checkbox appear at the top of the page, under the blue "Download" button. If you are only seeing watermarked images in your account, you first need to activate your Memory Maker purchase.
Disney PhotoPass images expire 45 days after they are taken. When you click to view a photo, the expiration date is listed underneath the image. Be sure to download all of your media before the expiration clock strikes midnight, and make sure the "Include Family & Friends" tab is selected so you can view images of up to 25 members of your
Family & Friends list.
I hope this information helps you recapture the magic of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. When you're ready to plan Disney again, be sure to planDisney.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
