Hi ya, Mindy!
Welcome to planDisney. It’s so nice to hear that you are returning from a Walt Disney World vacation. How was it? For me, coming back home is the hardest part. I miss waking up in my Disney Resort and heading to the parks for the day. The sights, the smells, the memories, all of it feels like “home.” I’ve grown up with my dad telling us, “We always come back,” so that’s now my unofficial motto. It’s hard, but I know I’ll be back in my happy place soon.
In the meantime, the best way to cope with the post-Disney blues is by going through all the memories that were made, captured in photos. So I’ll be happy to share with you how you can access yours! What you’ll want to do is open up your
My Disney Experience mobile app. After signing in, go ahead and click on the three stacked lines on the bottom right-hand corner. Scroll down until you see the heading “Disney PhotoPass”. Underneath that heading, you will see “Photo Gallery.” Click on that to access your photos. From there, select any of your recent photos to open it up. Just below your photos, you’ll find an outlined rectangle that says “Activate My Photos.” Click on that and follow the prompts to complete activation of your purchased Memory Maker.
After you’ve activated your
purchase, you are free to download your photos! You’ll want to keep an eye on your
expiration date so that you can finish downloading your photos before then. If you happen to run into any other issues, feel free to contact the
Disney PhotoPass team. They will be more than happy to
flash through any questions you have.
Mindy, I can’t wait for all these
snapped memories to become core memories! They will be great keepsakes to look back on and maybe even guide your planning for the next visit. Thanks again for stopping by, and if there's anything else we can help with, you know where to find us!
Magical Memories,
Shantel
