I purchased the Memory Maker at the same time I made my Disney World reservations. I can’t find it anywhere on my MDE app. How do I locate it?

Welcome to planDisney, Janice! Your trip to celebrate the beginning of summer at the Most Magical Place on Earth will be here in a flash!

Looking to capture all of those picture-perfect moments? I added PhotoPass downloads to my Annual Pass to get my favorite runDisney shots. I had no idea just how much I would love having photos from my Walt Disney World Resort vacations. I am so glad you snapped this up for your reservation.

You can find your Memory Maker purchase on the Walt Disney World Resort website, under My Disney Experience. Log in and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. You can scroll to the section titled "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." At the top of this section are two tabs: "Daily Itinerary" and "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." The "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab should show your ticket and your Memory Maker purchase.

If you don’t see your Memory Maker, you can add it by clicking on "+ Add More Plans," which you will find in a blue box at the top right corner of the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" section. Click the link; choose "Link Reservations and Purchases;" and select "Memory Maker" from the page that appears. You will need the confirmation number from the e-mail you received with your reservation information. If you have any issues, you can contact the number for PhotoPass and a Cast Member can make sure everything is camera-ready with your account.

With Memory Maker, PhotoPass photos are automagically linked to your account and you can see them on the My Disney Experience app. Just select the "≡" in the bottom right-hand corner and scroll down to "Disney PhotoPass" to see your gallery, take fun selfies with PhotoPass lenses, and link Memory Maker once your first PhotoPass picture appears if your photos are showing a watermark.

When you have a Disney PhotoPass photographer take your picture, be sure to ask about Magic Shots. They add a little bit of Disney Magic to your pictures. There are also special locations for Tiny World and Super Zoom Magic Shots. So many memories and so many ways to capture them are within view.

Have a magical vacation and lots of fun zooming in on all the fun! Please come back to planDisney with any other questions. Candidly, we love to help!

    Adventure is out there!
